Our Process
Plan Review: GC3’s Sustainability Specialists review your projects for eligibility for the 45L Tax Credit.
Modeling: Our design team conducts a comprehensive evaluation of all building units eligible for 45L certification.
Certification: Our team will certify all eligible units for 45L Tax Credits.
Your Benefit
$2,000 Tax Rebate Per Qualified Unit: Each unit/address GC3 reviews and models will be eligible for up to a $2,000 tax rebate (retroactive to 3 years).
Home Energy Certification: Our Sustainability Specialist will review and verify your projects for HERS certification on a per unit basis, enhancing future plan designs to ensure tax qualified builds.
